Shipping & Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange, minus shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email at email@example.com or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship within the mainland U.S. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, it is best to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a more accurate shipping quote. We do not currently ship outside the U.S., but feel free to contact us to make special arrangements.
We ship all of our orders based on weight via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. You may select UPS or Fed Ex if you prefer.

2-Day- 12/21 (orders must be in by noon PST on 12/20)
Overnight- 12/22 (orders must be in by noon PST on 12/21)
Ground- 12/16 (orders must be in by noon PST on 12/15)
2nd Day- 12/21 (orders must be in by noon PST on 12/20)
Next Day Air- 12/22 (orders must be in by noon PST on 12/21)
