Grand Teton Night Sky Bana

Did you know that the "night skies," aka "starry skies" or "dark skies," are a critical natural resource?  Aside from the stunning beauty of these skies, animals rely on natural cycles of light and dark for navigation, protection, mating and predation. Light pollution disrupts this, which is why our National Parks are working hard to maintain this resource. The night skies in many  National Parks are so spectacular, that we decided to create a Bana series featuring this special scenery. The night sky is particularly beautiful seen from the Colter Bay area of Grand Teton National Park.
